I feel greatly honored to come to deliver a speech of welcome to all the people sitting here. On behalf of all the teachers engaged in the long-distance education of UIBE, I’d like to say three words.

The first word is “Thanks”. You have chosen UIBE as your ideal university for your further education, we feel greatly appreciated that you made wise choice.

Second, “Wish”, we wish that you’ll study hard. I know that most of people are heavily loaded with your office work, home work, and house work and so on. If you really want to learn something you have to spend more time, more efforts on the courses provided by UIBE.

And last one “promise”, I believe I can be on behalf of all the teachers promise you one thing, that is: We will try our uttermost to do our teaching work well.
